Updated 12/1/10. OK so are you saying you speak a few foreign languages now! Or what does this have to do with an Italian type sandwich place? Well, in some of my last blogs, I spoke of making a Vietnamese sandwich called a Banh Mi and using a pickled cabbage (Kim Chi)  in it, that is Korean. The problem was getting the Kim Chi on a regular basis. So I decided to make it myself. Well, Monday we will have the Banh Mi sandwich available and the Kim Chi available to purchase. If you like spicy, Kim Chi is a nice accent relish to some of your meal dishes. Many people know what it is and will like getting this homemade. My wife (Taiwanese) says it tastes quite good already. Not too salty or too hot. Sort of, well what can I say, maybe just right! Try some of these new items soon. A container of Kim Chi is now available for purchase at the restaurant.
