SO WHAT ARE GREEN FISH? I GUESS THAT I CAN CALL THEM THAT IF THEY ARE IMPORTED AND SUSTAINABLE IN AVAILABILITY. WE ARE OFFERING AT THIS TIME OUR NEW HUGE FISH FILET LUNCH PLATE. THE FISH IS CALLED SWAI. IN THE PAST IT HAD BEEN OFFERED BY MANY RESTAURANTS AS GROUPER UNTIL THE FEDS CAUGHT UP WITH THEM. THE FISH COULD EASILY PASS AS GROUPER SINCE THE FILET IS SO LARGE AND THE COLOR IS VERY WHITE TO PINK MEAT. WHEN COOKED, IT HAS A VERY MOIST, YET MEATY TEXTURE. VERY NICE WITH TARTAR OR SPICY REMOULADE. SO THERE YOU HAVE IT, ONE OF OUR CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE GREEN EFFECT IN A SEAFOOD OFFERING. AND NO WE DID NOT FORGET THE GROUPER OR THE MULLET EITHER. I HAVE WORKED ON THEM SOME MORE SINCE THE LAST POST AND THEY WILL BE COMING OUT VERY SOON. HINT.....I HAVE MADE THE CARRIBEAN MANGO SAUCE ALREADY FOR A FEW SANDWICHES TO TASTE TEST AND THEY ARE EXCELLENT.
 
 
This is our new sea food basket. We live in an area where there is a lot of sea food available. So this is our first offering. It has Grouper/Snapper throats and shrimp on this big basket the size of most seafood places platters. Basic, yes, but with all the trappings. Such as the the fish and shrimp, 1/2# french fries, 3 hush puppies, and either beans or slaw on the side and a drink to boot. Complete meal. $12.00. Bet you wish you lived in Pensacola. If you do get this way stop on by and check it out. We will be adding many seafood items in the future. But for the time being...............
