My wife Helen is oriental by birth. She is Formosan or some would say Taiwanese, however, the Formosans are the original inhabitants. They would be considered mountain people or inland people. A few folks that come in the diner think she is Cajin and Helen thinks that is a hoot.

It is a broth soup with fat rice noodles, some pork and cilantro. It comes regular and spicy in a very large 20 ounce size for 4.5o. Stop on by and try some. It will fill you up.
