What is Porchetta?

Porchetta is a 3000 year old recipe for a very unique and tasty spiced up pork roast. Spicy, but not hot spicy like jalepena peppers. Back then there was no refrigeration and cooked meat had to be stored a long time. So a heavy spicing during cooking helped to act as preservative. Today, because of large pork production for the BBQ biz, we can bring this tasty Italian treat to you in very large sandwiches.  Porchetta is our flagship sandwich. Most people will start with a Big Momma if not too hungry or if daring and hungry the Big Daddy size. Careful, Porchetta is very addicting and once you have tasted it, you will remember it always and and the unique flavor combination that only Porchetta has. We also offer a large variety of other sandwiches and many new ones are in development constantly. We cook and hand slice all our roasts, and make all our sides home made style. We strive to offer you the best sandwiches in large cooked weight offerings with very reasonable prices.  Check out our menu for all the different sandwiches, combos and sides we offer.

WE DO THIS AT THIS UNIQUE HOLE IN THE WALL KIND OF PLACE WITH THE KIND OF PLEASANT MUSIC WE PLAY, AT A SIMPLE OLD TIME LOW SCALE DINER SETTING, WITH FOOD THAT IS PRIMARILY MADE WITH OUR OWN HANDS, BASIC WITHOUT ADDITIVES. NOT FOODS THAT CAME OUT OF COMMERCIAL PRODUCTION WITH A LOT OF PRESERVATIVES. WE USE NO LUNCH MEATS, OR CHEAP CHEESES OR SAUCES. STOP ON BY, OUR PLACE IS YOUR PLACE TO HAVE LUNCH AND AFTER TASTING OUR UNIQUE  SANDWICHES, YOU WILL WANT TO COME BACK FREQUENTLY TO TRY THE OTHER SIDE DISH AND DESSERT OFFERINGS AND THE NEW SANDWICHES WE ARE ADDING IN CONSTANTLY.
